FRE Resources served as the General Contractor for this 56,000 SF facility for American Water Works. This facility houses 450 agent seats and was completed in twelve weeks. Less than six months before construction began on this project, the Pensacola region suffered damage from several hurricanes. This created a significant strain on the construction trades and FRE Resources overcame this challenge by bringing in out-of-town subcontractors to complete the work. These efforts saved the client approximately $1 per SF off the budget. By utilizing our national vendor relationships, FRE also saved the client additional money by direct-purchasing HVAC rooftop units, UPS, generator, carpet tiles, and indirect lighting fixtures.
