FRE Resources served as the Design-Build Contractor for this 58,323SF build-to-suit for TELvista. The facility houses 601 agent seats and was completed in six months. Due to Danville’s remote location, the FRE team relied on its national network of experienced subcontractors and vendors to get the work completed on schedule and within budget. FRE worked with the client to design the site in 25,000 SF bays, which provide the client incremental expansion opportunities.
